Volubill Appoints Philippe Mechanick As New CFO
Finance and Technology Veteran's Unique Blend of Skills Help Position Policy and Charging Leader for Continued Success
LONDON, ENGLAND, October 23, 2011 /HiTech PR News/ -- Volubill, the leading provider of policy management, enforcement and charging solutions, today announced the appointment of Philippe Mechanick as Chief Financial Officer.
Philippe joins Volubill with more than 25 years of experience in finance and high tech, including positions at Ernst & Young, Unisys, and US-based Goal Systems International, where he held the role of International Finance Director. He has also been the CFO of Sapiens International Corporation, and has held senior finance roles at UB Networks, Tandam Computers and Nat Systems.
For five years, Philippe worked in the banking sector as the CFO of the French subsidiary of Capital One, a leading US consumer credit company. He returned to high tech in 2004, taking on CFO roles at PolySpace Technologies and French-based Nemoptic, where he also held the position of CEO. Most recently, Philippe was the CFO of a reputation software company called Augure, where he managed restructuring initiatives.
